Delawareans haven’t experienced such a cold winter in a long time. It started with a polar vortex storm that dumped fine snow. It didn’t melt for weeks. Then we got another storm, but this time bringing wet snow that mercifully melted quickly. This video tells the story in colors, beginning with black and whites, moving to blues, and finally to the warm side of the spectrum.
