The Four Rs

Today I’m sharing a sermon I preached in mid September, 2017, entitled “The Four Rs”. It’s based on the prodigal son parable which, it seems to me, is often only superficially examined. That parable is not about repentance, and the ending is often ignored. I suggest that the parable is about kinship, the fruit of reconciliation. The subject bears upon America’s current socio-political scene.
